The Broken Book Creative Space has 12ft ceiling’s, Full Kitchen, Full Bathroom and a bonus space within our loft. Perfect for Photoshoot’s, Podcast, Content Creation, Meetings and Intimate Gatherings. You’ll have access to entire space and special outdoor spaces. The Broken Book is inside an old peanut factory in Downtown Suffolk which means there’s a lot of charm with the original brick walls, concrete floors and 12ft high ceiling. We space our bookings out so we can clean between each booking. Space capacity is made to be safe for everyone. We have extra cleaning supplies for bookings leave of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
