It was previously the site of an annual gypsy festival, it has a rustic, quirky and ultra peaceful vibe. Unique escape for families and friends, or for hosting retreats, meetings or gatherings. The large deck overlooking the grassy backyard which has a private jetty for fishing. Kayaks available for use. Multiple outside sitting areas are ideal for BBQs, toasting marshmallows over the campfire or to simply sit and listen to the birds.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
