    About the Space

    We have a Theatre Arts Complex with 3 theatres and one rehearsal room. There is a gorgeous 1940's art deco-inspired lobby, 4 restrooms, dedicated dressing rooms for each space and a communal green room. This listing is for our theatre with 48 seating capacity and a max capacity of 60 people with a balcony section. The Stage is 23 ft wide and 8-11 ft deep, with 1 artist entrance separate from the audience entrance. Comedy shows, Solo performances, Castings, Photography, Plays, Church Services, and Film Shoots all do great in our space. Really all events, we have plenty of space to cater to what your event needs.

    Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspaceā€™s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
