About the Space Our office loft space, which fits up to 20 people, is where you can work hard with your team, as well as impress your clients. This space offers a unique design, natural lighting and a modern feel. We are located in a central area in walking distance to Target, Dunkin Donuts, Nando's, Garretts, Chipotle, Starbucks, and a host of other restaurants and tourist destinations including the Bean! Located in the heart of downtown Chicago in the Heyworth Building with more than 250,000 square feet of dedicated offices, coworking space and meeting rooms, we pride ourselves on having very flexible terms in a boutique space that has recently been upgraded. Our staff is on site to ensure a seamless experience. Enjoy our complimentary high speed internet, as well as whiteboard, conference room, and smart board. Some of our additional services include: - Smartboard/Monitor/TV - Conference Room - Portable printer for printing small jobs in Black & white or color.
