About the Space

Our conference centre is in North Sydney and hosts a paid casual parking lot on site. Conference room hire comes inclusive with: • Natural light and LED lighting • Secure, superfast wifi network • High-definition ceiling-mounted WUXGA data projection; 108"- 130" screens • Cabling and connectivity • Individual air-conditioning • On-site support Extra equipment available for an additional cost: • Flipchart • Whiteboard • Data Projector • Remote Mouse and Laser Pointer • Hand-held Microphone • Lapel Microphone • Lectern with Microphone • Full PA (2 Hand-Held + 2 Lapel) + 2 Speakers • Laptop • Teleconferencing Polycom Unit We offer affordable catering packages that can cater to every dietary need in our break-out areas with complimentary tea and coffee provided all day. Our small conferencing rooms can accommodate up to 50 people in a room size of 40 – 55 sqm. The configurations for this space are as follows: • Boardroom: 16 – 20 people • U-Shape: 18 – 20 people • Classroom: 21 people • Cabaret: 24 people • Theatre: 50 people Great for; meetings, off sites, interviews, workshops, conferences, company away days, brainstorming sessions, training sessions.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
