This space is versatile and minimal, giving you many opportunities for your vision to come to life. Key Location Features: - Heated and air-conditioned studio - Elevator - Free Parking lot Room Amenities - Entire east-facing wall of windows with natural light - Portable Fan for use throughout the space - 2 wooden stools, 3 chairs, etc. - Whicker Egg Chair - Inflatable, minimalist bed that will be set up upon request (must know one week prior to session)

All items are cleaned an sanitized between sessions, nightly, as well as deep cleanings once a week. All sheets used with the bed set are sanitized and washed between uses.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
