About the Space
This flexible 1,400 sq. ft. ground-floor studio is designed to support a wide range of creative productions. The space features a full corner cyclorama wall measuring 12'4" high, 29' wide, and 18' deep, with a 32" raised subfloor ideal for seamless backdrops and dynamic camera movement. With a usable ceiling height of 13' and 220 AMPS of dedicated power, it can easily accommodate high-demand lighting and equipment setups. The cyclorama studio can be configured as two separate shoot spaces perfect for simultaneous stills and video or sectioned off into a 1,000 sq. ft. primary studio with an adjoining production area. Option to add-on an additional 2,300 sq. ft. of open production and/or shoot space with concrete floors and natural light. On-site lighting, grip, and production equipment rentals are also available. Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a Sonos sound system, a coffee bar, professional makeup stations, wardrobe rack and steamer, and on-site grip and lighting equipment. A daylight skylight adds beautiful natural light, enhancing the studio’s adaptability for any creative vision.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
