About the Space
This versatile space has an abundance of natural light to create stunning images and video. This space is perfect for portraiture, boudoir, maternity or any shoot that requires beautiful natural light. Black-out curtains are also available to darken the space and control lighting. This studio space two primary is equipped with a variety of furnishings including an antique bed and Victorian couch. The space is easily transformed as all the furnishings are on sliders. We also have a shared lobby area, kitchen and restroom facilities for clients and guests. In addition, we have two workspace stations equipped with iMac computers with Adobe Creative Suite installed available for rental use. We also offer a variety of lighting equipment for rent upon request. The shooting space is approximately 300 sq. ft. and the remaining space is the lobby, kitchen and bathroom. *For natural light photographers; best shooting timeframes is morning - one hour before sunset.*

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
