Mid Century Modern home, warm and comfortable, with rich wood throughout. The conversation pit is a focal point that is enhanced by the fireplace in it. The pool table in the loft overlooks the main floor, giving the space a very open feeling. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. This space is available for: photo/film shoots, content creation, blogging, youtube videos, movies, films, podcasts, audio recordings, commercials, and interviews. We look forward to working with you and hosting your next production booking. Additional production times can be accommodated. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
