About the Space
Our Farmhouse is our 30 acre estate located on one of the eastern shore's most coveted waterfront parcels. The perfect mix of seclusion and access, enjoy the quiet sounds of nature but have easy access to fabulous restaurants, nightlife and shopping in the nearby towns of Easton, St. Michaels and Oxford. We provide enriching experiences for group travel, retreats, getaways, birthdays and celebrations of all kinds. Our estate includes a private swimming pool, home-grown garden, chickens, fire pit, ice cream shop and a library filled with books. Kayaks and bikes are available for the guest to use at their leisure. Our main 23-room lodge is nestled on the water with a private dock and views of the bay. We have 4 cottages along the water and on the property that can also be rented separately or together. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets the bay has to offer with your closest friends and family. The perfect place to come together and connect.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
