About the Space
Welcome to Lexington, a spacious and grand Mediterranean home located just north of Sunset Blvd in Beverly Hills. This home is made for entertaining, with a large enclosed courtyard, a fountain, and a beautiful indoor pool. The rental rates include the full outdoor space, including the beautiful courtyard, stone garden, and front yard area. With every rental, you have access to bathrooms and two "green room" indoor rooms. We've hosted everything from intimate dinners to large-scale catered parties with a full bar. The courtyard can hold up to 150 guests standing, and 120 guests seated. Access to indoor space can be included for added fees if desired. Reach out for more information. Weddings: We are happy to host wedding receptions for less than 100 guests. Weddings have a flat day-rate of $20,000, plus a reduced rate for load in/out days.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
