Located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale, Burgess Hall is a spacious and versatile event venue ideal for banquets, receptions, awards ceremonies, community gatherings, celebrations, and large private parties. With seating for up to 100 guests, this welcoming space can be customized to suit a wide variety of events and room layouts. The hall measures approximately 30 by 100 feet and features a curtained stage, making it well suited for presentations, performances, ceremonies, and special programs. Tables and seating can be arranged to fit your event's unique needs, and both round and rectangular tables, along with up to 100 chairs, are included at no additional charge. We also offer tablecloths in a variety of colors to help create the atmosphere you envision. Outside catering is welcome, giving you the flexibility to choose the menu and service that best fits your event. An adjacent serving kitchen is also available; please inquire if you would like to include kitchen access with your rental. Burgess Hall is fully accessible, including accessible entrances and restroom facilities, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests. Whether you're planning a formal banquet, a milestone celebration, or a community event, Burgess Hall provides a convenient, flexible, and welcoming space to bring people together.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
