BATHROOM: With a floor to ceiling glass door, the generous walk-in shower is the highlight of the bathroom. No windows in the bathroom. KITCHEN: Largely white with grey lower cabinets, tile back splash, gas stove top, and stocked with basic kitchen essentials. White dishware for up to 8 place settings. The perfect neutral backdrop for marketing kitchen products. North facing window. LIVING ROOM: Furnished with an over-sized sectional and a 55" TV. Glass top coffee and end tables. West Facing window. Can lighting in the ceiling and accent lamp. DINING AREA: Wood table with 4 black chairs. The photo collage on the wall behind the table embraces a Pacific Northwest Theme. PATIO: An uncovered private patio space with seating for 4 is located just outside the entry at the back of the house (West facing). PARKING: Street parking is FREE. There is off street parking off the alley at the back of the house suitable for a sprinter van or large box truck. Please feel free to use. The driveway is not available for use. ADDITIONAL INFO: This listing is in the lower level of our primary home with a separate entrance and no shared spaces. While there has been a sound barrier added, some noise (footfalls/muffled voices) from the upstairs can be heard at times.
