Home, professional, photography studio with separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Great natural light, Great for boudoir, maternity, newborn, small families. Several sets are ready for you, including a clawfoot tub (dry use), multiple couches, chairs, and a rolling double sided wall that is a vibrant greenery scene on one side, and black brick with lighted "X" on the other side. Please note that there are neutral tone seamless paper backdrops available at an additional fee. Due to the studio being in a residential area, in the lower level of a home (private, separate entrance is downstairs on the back side of the home), you may hear typical family/life sounds during the time that you rent the studio. We do our best to not be super loud, however, you may hear dogs or children from time to time.

I disinfect after each use. I do expect anyone using the space to tidy up, sweep, empty garbage, and leave it as you found it.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
