Modern 2-Storey Beachhouse with Open Spaces and Great Energy

Entering our house via the expansive, yet private, porch is easy with our double bifold doors. The living/kitchen area is open, functional and adaptable. It's a great canvas to add any necessary touches depending on your purpose. Upstairs has a long office space, feeling like a treehouse, overlooking the light filled staircase. The master bedroom is open, including the bath and bathroom, leading out to a balcony through double doors. On the first level leading through to the back with the blond polished floorboards are 3 different bedrooms and another open entertaining area with Smart TV. Double sliding doors lead out to the well kept garden and lawn. The garden around the house is another space for yoga, picnics and gatherings. We've had corporate videos, small and large parties and TVCs filmed here due to the flexible space and ability to cater to larger number of people/crews. The spaces can be blocked off or combined as needed and we are flexible hosts.
