About the Space
This house is covered in local artist Jason Skeldon's art work. A large mural in the dining room, and the rest of the house throughout each room has a special piece. Along with that we have a large private fenced in backyard. White fence, bright green artificial grass, and covered seating outdoors.This makes it great for photography shoots and video. If you need a place for a podcast, commercial, photoshoot, this place can do it. At night we have the string lights out that really bring that ambiance under our covered seating area, or in the open backyard.

Health and Safety Measures
This house is cleaned in between stays. All high touched areas are wiped down, disinfectant spray on door knobs and remotes, doors and windows open to ventilate. Anything used as towels, bedding is washed on hot temperature. We do a thorough walk thru making sure everything is picked up and clean. We ask each guest to follow our checkout list and keep the space as clean as possible to make it enjoyable for the next group as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
