    About the Space

Located in a top-tier office park in El Segundo, this cavernous open-plan space can lend itself to any number of production needs. The 7,500 square foot space is on the second floor of a glass-walled commercial building, and has been gutted in order to create a modern, industrial style. Multiple steel beams run across the ceilings, the floors are pale and there is plenty of natural light that comes in through the large glass windows.
