Depends on what you use the space for, if needed (sweep, vacuum, wipe counters or coffee table down, put glasses or plates in dishwasher, etc.) If just normal use, none needed. If space is dirtied and want to leave as is, you have the option of paying for a house cleaning.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
