Our conference table fits 10 people but the space itself can accommodate up to 25 people with prior notice. We provide dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected. We also have a Samsung 65" 4K UHD HDR Smart TV, which allows you to connect to laptops through Bluetooth. We provide complimentary snacks and beverages which includes coffee, tea, and bottled water. We can offer a private entrance to the space that you and your guests can use, and plenty of free parking. We are in a prime location right off of Route 28 and close to the toll roads. We are 6.5 miles from Dulles International Airport, across the street from the Dulles Expo Center, Holiday Inn Hotel, and numerous restaurants nearby to go out or order-in. We also have an administrative team who can assist you with your needs or if you have any questions. Let us take care of your space while you take care of business!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
