This space is great for photos, interviews, or small group meetings (seats 4-5 people comfortably but can seat up to 8). There is a Prohibition wallpaper mural in the main living space that would make a fantastic backdrop. There’s also a propane fire pit and outdoor seating/string lights in the backyard. This uniquely designed Speakeasy apartment includes one (1) bedroom with a king-sized memory foam mattress and one (1) sleeper sofa with a sleeping area of 71” L by 44” W. Additional amenities include a 55-inch Roku TV, built-in-bar seating, a full kitchen, outdoor patio space and yard games! There's is a parking pad for guests used on a first-come, first-serve basis. There’s two spots total and additional (free) parking available on the street.
