The Workspace Lofts is a bright, modern loft space in downtown Toronto, designed for corporate meetings, off-site strategy sessions, team workshops, and creative collaborations. With 1,300 square feet of open-concept space, exposed brick, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and large corner windows, our venue offers an inspiring and professional setting for productivity and connection. The ideal space for seamless meetings and events, with flexible layouts that include multiple seating areas for brainstorming, group discussions, and presentations. The space is tech-ready with high-speed WiFi, a projector with HDMI connectivity, and a wireless speaker for smooth presentations. A full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, and sink, perfect for catering and coffee breaks. Easy access with double-door entry and a freight elevator allows for seamless load-in of materials or equipment. Trusted by professionals and industry leaders, we have hosted corporate teams, entrepreneurs, podcasters, and creative professionals, making The Workspace Lofts a sought-after venue for high-impact meetings and events. Health and Safety Measures

We take great care to ensure that the studio is clean, sanitized, and ready for every guest. Our space is professionally cleaned between bookings, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen areas, and restrooms. We ask that guests respect the space and leave it in the same condition they found it. If any spills or messes occur during your booking, please clean them up promptly to help us maintain the studio’s high standards for all visitors. If you have any concerns or notice anything out of place upon arrival, feel free to reach out.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
