Welcome to Seattle Loft 305 (@seattleloft305) — a spacious and versatile creative studio offering approximately 1,200 square feet of usable space in the heart of SODO. Designed with creators in mind, the studio features 15-foot ceilings and large north-facing windows that provide soft, consistent natural light throughout the day. The clean, modern aesthetic and open layout make the space well-suited for photo and video productions, editorial shoots, brand content, and creative projects of all kinds. The high ceilings and expansive windows create a bright, open environment while allowing flexibility for both natural-light and controlled lighting setups. Seattle Loft 305 includes a fully functional kitchen, full bathroom, and a comfortable lounge area for prep, breaks, or collaboration during your session. The studio adapts easily to different production needs, from minimal setups to more involved creative builds. Whether you’re a photographer, videographer, or creative team, Seattle Loft 305 offers a polished, functional setting designed to support efficient and inspiring work. We look forward to hosting your next project. IMPORTANT ACCESS NOTE: The freight elevator in the building is currently out of service, and the studio is not wheelchair accessible at this time. We are actively working with building management to resolve this as soon as possible. Seattle Loft 305 is located on the 3rd floor, so please plan load-in and accessibility needs accordingly.

1. Regular Cleaning: Our studio is thoroughly cleaned everyday, including the floors, surfaces, and common areas. 2. Sanitization: High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops are regularly sanitized with disinfectant. 3. Bathroom: The bathroom is cleaned and sanitized, including the sink, toilet, and any provided amenities. 4. Kitchen: While access to the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator is restricted, any shared areas, including countertops and sinks, are cleaned and sanitized. 5. Trash Disposal: All trash bins are emptied and lined with fresh liners before each booking. 6. Ventilation: We ensure proper ventilation by opening windows and using fans to promote air circulation. 7. Additional Precautions: We provide hand sanitizer and encourage guests to use it frequently during their stay. We also recommend guests bring their own personal protective equipment if desired. Please note that while we take these cleaning measures seriously, it is still essential for guests to follow personal hygiene practices and adhere to any additional guidelines or regulations provided by health authorities. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
