There are multiple indoor and outdoor locations to explore while shooting a movie, commercial, still photography etc. From the large outdoor patio with lush landscaping and fountain to the extendable, indoor / outdoor wood dining table to the classic decor chairs on the front step of the house, there are myriad angles to cover. Inside you'll find an open living room with a black grand piano that opens into a dining area and the den / office. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with classic furnishings and decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of coffee brewing methods and great natural light from the windows.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
