650 sq foot natural light studio with beautiful floors and lots of windows! Some furniture provided for your session - or you can move it out of your way and bring your own - including full size bed, cognac loveseat and full sized emerald green velvet couch, along with a few fake and real plants. Also includes multiple rolls/colors of seamless paper. Ground level and easy access, with a coded door lock to enter and exit with. A bathroom is also available to use.

Cleaning is done daily. Cleaning supplies/disinfectant/hand sanitizer can be found on the counter in the studio space, as well as in the bathroom.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
