About the Space

Our theatre is a 3/4th thrust stage with 74 seats total and roughly 50 seats in the center section. The theatre has a max capacity of 150 people. We have a beautiful recently updated outdoor courtyard that is used as the lobby plus 3 restrooms and 2 spacious dressing rooms. Our space is great for Film shoots, Screenings, Casting sessions, Comedy Shows, Plays, meetings or really any event.

Health and Safety Measures

We have a cleaning crew that comes multiple times a week to clean the entire facility. We abide by all current county guidelines regarding Covid-19. We have updated our air conditioning units to pull in the fresh air instead of circulate the same air in addition to the advanced filters.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
