Crews bring their own additional lighting. • Extra folding tables and chairs • Power cords and strips ready at each set • Sandbags, wardrobe rack, and steamer • 2 restrooms near the bar (the second opens for groups over 30) • 2 fridges, 1 freezer, and a small sink behind the bar; microwave on request • AC in warmer months, plus fans and a swamp cooler on request; space heaters and 2 large event heaters in cooler months (you supply propane for the event heaters) • Portable fans, a space heater, and an event heater on request (outdoor set) • On-site manager for the whole booking • Cleaning before and during your booking: surfaces wiped, restrooms restocked, trash emptied • Free on-site parking PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS • Wheelchair accessible. Front-door entry plus 2 large roll-up doors (one with a ramp, one with stairs) for easy load-in. • Honest climate note: Building A is a large warehouse with no central heating, so dress for the weather. • Outdoor set: dress for the weather and bring cold or hot drinks. • Honest sound note: a usually quiet neighborhood, but we can't control neighbor or traffic noise. • Street-level, wheelchair-accessible access • Your booked time is your setup and strike time. Finish on time, or extra time is billed as overtime. • Arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Check in at the front office; if it's locked, message us here on Peerspace. • A certificate of insurance (COI) is required. • Fire extinguishers throughout each building. PRICING, CLEARLY • $80/hr, 3-hour minimum • Crew size: 1-5 people included · 6-30 people +$20/hr · 31-50 people +$40/hr · 51-60 people +$50/hr. Count everyone on site (crew, talent, parents/guardians, agents). • 10% off bookings of 8 hours or more • Cleaning: flat $50 per booking • Multi-set: other sets in the same building can be added at $25 per additional set used (add-on) • Overtime is billed under Peerspace's overtime policy, in 30-minute increments Damage & missing items: You're responsible for damage to sets, furniture, props, costumes, lights, or equipment, and for any missing items. Damage is handled through Peerspace's damage claim process, using photos and repair or replacement invoices. It is never an add-on or charged at checkout.
