Decorated with in an eclectic turn of the century art nouveau style, this space works as a meeting space, studio space for photography, or even a podcast recording studio. Coffee table lifts out for desk space. The space can accommodate up to 10 people. Located within walking distance of the New Orleans Museum of Art, City Park, Toup's, Blue Oak BBQ, Bayou St. John and so much more. There is a living room, bedroom and a full bathroom. This is a standard residential home, therefore production generators may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
