Ballard mid-century with incredible view, open floor plan

2100 sq ft home on a very quiet dead end street with a sweeping Puget Sound view filled with natural light from the north-facing picture windows. 1000 sq ft open floor plan kitchen/dining/living on the main level are where most filming takes place. Dining table with great view can be expanded to seat 10. BR, Office, and 1.5 Baths upstairs can be used for dressing/makeup or shoots. In addition to the front deck off the dining room, there's a private garden and small deck in the backyard along with side gardens which afford several different greenspace areas that can be used for outdoor scenes. Garage or lower level can be used for filming or overflow equipment storage or staging. See "Add-ons" for additional cost. Sound quality is quite high as there tends to be little air traffic and almost no street traffic since the house is tucked away on a dead end. The host is an amateur filmmaker and has hosted and assisted several shoots in the home. Host may be available to assist with set-up by moving furniture, providing props, etc.. Note, there are no curtains for the picture windows so you'll need to bring your own covering if you're needing to blackout the interior. **A basic COI (Certificate of Insurance) is required.
