Located in the heart of Redmond, our lounge offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, and parties. Versatile enough to host groups up to 55 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating includes dining chairs, sofa, lounge chairs, bar stools and outdoor seating. - Large Dining Table - 2 Flat Screen TVs - Kitchenette - Pool Table - Shuffleboard Table - Restrooms - Outdoor space - Wi-Fi - Data Ports Take a 3D Tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=G86nbPzafvR *Please keep in mind that some of the furniture in the 3D tour has been replaced. The listing photos show the updated furniture. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.), alcohol, and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
