This space is primarily a yoga studio but also works well for dance and workshops There are two columns in the main room that can block views at times but can be worked around Finished wood flooring High ceilings Dimmed lighting available Lots of natural light coming into the room Curtains and shade screens can be added or removed based on needs There is a separate entrance/lobby for people to leave personal items and decompress before entering the studio Cubbies for personal belongings Wi-fi is available Water is available This is a no shoes space Single restroom available The outside courtyard could be made available, will need to work with tenant in apartment above

Health and Safety Measures
The studio will be cleaned after each use. Vacuum and restrooms cleaned after each use. Garbages emptied. The floor will be steamed cleaned once a week until need.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
