About the Space
We are conveniently located one block from Union Square. We offer a large studio ideal for meditation/movement classes, workshops, team meetings, photoshoots, interviews, filmings, show screenings, pop-up events, intimate concerts, art exhibitions, fashion fittings, intimate dinners, music recitals and more. We also have three small rooms down the hall in our sister space (Grae Therapy) available for rental, ideal for massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, Reiki practitioners, energy healers, estheticians, etc. Other amenities include AC, wifi connection and sound system. We have folding chairs and 5 tables as well as fitness equipment such as meditation cushions, yoga mats, yoga blocks, blankets, straps and resistance bands. *Furniture can be removed ahead of rental time upon request.

Between bookings, our space is cleaned professionally, using a specialized cleaning solution for surfaces and a UV light enhanced sterilizing gun for cleaning the air.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
