Two large skylights flood light into the centrally located space, and ample room lighting for a well lit space. Space enough for 2-3 cyc/camera setups, a group event of 50 seated or 80 standing, the space also feels both wide open and intimate. It is a perfect space for events both day and evening, a meeting offsite to reset or an event to celebrate. The space is fully temperature controlled, includes a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, private main entrance via the alley and has rental package options for any kind of event. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
