Newly renovated with stylish curves and natural wood finishes, our home plus studio is designed with multiple activity spaces in mind, with sweeping views over Koonyum Range and Mount Warning with beautiful sunsets. The space is split into two independent spaces sharing a manicures backyard as well as a front driveway and garage. On the ground floor there is a cozy television and entertainment room, a two open kitchens, multiple dining and living spaces, music equipment, a dance floor and a bright and airy patio looking out on to the backyard. Upstairs you will find a large office space and lounge sitting between two bedrooms, and a large second floor deck with sun loungers to sun out on or a comfy sofa to relax into and enjoy the sunset. In the studio is a large open space with a king sized designer bed and floor sofas as well as a handcrafted wooden work desk. Rooms are fully equipped with nightstands and lamps with ample wardrobe space, comfortable beds and ample lighting versatility with blackout shades or curtains and ceiling lights.

A professional cleaning service is engaged with each booking, and all surfaces are wiped down with disinfecting spray and all linens are washed with each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
