Location is surrounded by farms with no neighbors in sight. Great for remote location ops without having to drive too far away from society. Easy access to the river in neighboring Martindale or San Marcos.
The space is 100% outdoors. There is a warehouse building that is available on an as-needed basis. Parking on-site can accommodate up to 10-15 cars depending on size.
