The space hosts an open concept with an upstairs loft area. You are led upstairs by an unassuming sliding barn door mirror. The space reminds you of a cool garage hangout featuring murals from local artists. The space is primarily used as a screen printing and photo studio. equipped with a backdrop wall featuring various colors of photo paper to choose from. In the past, we've hosted listening parties, silent headphone events, DJ battles, clothing drives, dance parties, pop-up shops , fashion exhibitions, birthday parties and more. There is a bathroom on site, 2-phase electric, and leniency to creative projects to transform the space however you wish.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
