This beautiful Detroit residence is located in the historic Jefferson Chalmers neighborhood. You will have full access to the entire 1st floor (not including bedrooms) of this two family flat. It boasts 1500 square feet of space that can be utilized for your event. The space offers a unique visual aesthetic that can be a creative backdrop for your specific needs. This first floor flat has a large dining room and kitchen that can accommodate cooking and dining needs you may have for your event or use for any filming. The bedrooms are available to you, with prior host approval, and can be utilized for hair and makeup or talent holding. I offer a high-end audio/video, lighting and backdrop package that can be available for your shoot for an additional charge. Please contact me in advance to check availability and reserve any filming equipment you are needing. This spacious home is furnished and has been fully remodeled. Multiple rooms available for use. Perfect for creative portraits and branding content. A great space for a photoshoot, reception, announcements, team meetings, romantic dinner for two, private chef event, baby shower, bridal shower, etc. Podcasters welcome! There is also a beautiful, private outdoor space great for weddings or other outdoor events.

Basic cleaning is done by host, including disenfecting shared amenities and high-touch surfaces. A professional cleaning service is hired after large events of 15 or more people.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
