Please keep in mind, your loading in, setup, tear down and loading out is part of your booked time, for example: if you book 2 hours, and it takes you 15 minutes to load your stuff in to the studio, 15 minutes to setup, 15 minutes to tear down, and 15 minutes to load out of the studio, that will leave you with 1 hour of shooting time.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
