The conference room is available for full-day rentals. Our location is in Denver, NC, in the Lake Norman area. We are thirty miles north of Charlotte. This is the perfect location if you need a quiet, upscale room for your meeting. It is a ten-seat conference area. The room has Audio/Visual equipment and Wi-Fi connections. Catering options are available upon request.

We have a professional cleaning service that cleans the building weekly and our staff cleans conference room between uses.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
