Located in the Smokey Hollow District of El Segundo, our studio space a flexible open floor plan, staging offices, 2 bathrooms, parking front and rear with east and west facing roll up doors for easy load in/ load out! We have hosted commercial film & television shoots, corporate events, pop ups, DJ's and bands too. Check out our photos to imagine your next event in an affordable easy to access, friendly staffed venue! Our staff can also provide background professional glassblowers making incredible work on site as entertainment/ talking points while you host your event!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
