While holding all the charm of the early 1900’s there is a full list of updated office and kitchen amenities to keep your productions going smooth and your crew happy. The space is perfect for client meetings, pre production discussions, castings, and hourly or multi-day shoots. The main feature of this lovely space is the 25’ all white shooting wall with tall 10” vintage baseboards and 2” original maple flooring. The neutral tones, vintage touches and 5 oversized south facing windows offer the warmest open airy vibes to get you up and running without the need for any additional lighting. If you need more versatility or want to create some dramatic lighting use the 17’ Black velvet theater curtain suspended on rolling track. The full kitchen is separated by a doorway and a unique vintage pass-through window that will charm anyone who needs a little break and space to hide out. The kitchen converts to an oversized dressing room with full HMU set up. The main space has many options for staging product and entertaining clients while the shoot is underway. The updated electrical will ensure you won’t blow a breaker and the Wi-Fi is blazing fast for real time uploads to clients and art directors who can’t be on set. 28 outlets in the main space and 8 outlets in the kitchen give you more than enough power to run any production.
