This is a 2400 sq ft family barn that was built for our daughter's wedding in 2020. Her dream was to get married at home. Our barn sits right next to our home and is located in a residential/agricultural zone out of the city limits and it is NOT a commercial zoned barn venue. We have been having family and friends gather on our private residential property for over 20 years, in our home, under tents, and on the beautifully landscaped 3 acres up until the barn was built. We have hosted many family birthdays, graduations, wedding showers, gender reveals, baby showers, family reunions, anniversaries, and so many other memorable events. Our family keeps growing and we have created this beautiful space to keep enjoying all of life's milestone moments. We would be happy to host you for your special occasions too! There are 12 six foot tables and 60 chairs. 3 custom eight foot wooden tables. Full kitchen (for warming purposes only) including: microwave, stove, 4 shelf warming oven, refrigerator, 5 chafing pans, many serving boards, bowls, platters, and utensils. There are four 150 qt coolers with 2 custom made wooden stands included. The chairs and tables must be put away by the client. No labor is provided for set-up or tear-down. The barn has ceiling fans inside the barn and a giant roll up door for air. The covered patio also has ceiling fans. The barn is an open air barn. No central heating or A/C. In the winter we have propane heaters to circulate the heat. This is a residential space, the owners reside on the property and will be on-site.
