Two-level, two-car garage home, fully equipped for every guest's needs. Within walking distance of KSU. Convenient dining and shopping options, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Suited for family getaways! Bed and fresh linens provided! Super location with a super host! This spacious home has its own sunroom, deck with patio furniture, and a propane grill. Based of our guests feedback a brand new Smart TV has been added to the living room which also features a decorative nonfunctional fireplace. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. Every bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, fresh bed, and bath linens! There is a two-car garage, with a large driveway. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has full-size appliances and is stocked with kitchenware and cookware as well as cooking basics. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events. Children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
