Open studio with seating for about 30 right on Melrose Ave. The stage portion is 18ft wide by 10 ft deep. Great for night classes or ongoing classes, readings, photography, casting rehearsals, filming, workshops, seminars, or any type of event! The space comes with a futon, 4 rehearsal cubes, a folding table, and a folding chair. Right across the street from restaurants and bars, one block from Starbucks. Kitchenette with Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker on site. Three restrooms.

Our cleaning crew comes in twice a week for a full deep clean of the entire facility plus our venue manager is in the opposing 2 days a week to clean in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
