Heated Coastal Out Door Space

Dinners ,tastings, and workshops work well with the 16 person dining table. Electric heaters warm the dining area and chairs can be removed to host creative workshops. Great for different types of occasions including: birthday parties, baby showers and work meetings. 8 chairs surround a gas fireplace for a more relaxed vibe. Allowed 30 minutes complimentary to set up, and 30 minutes complimentary to clean up. Any additional time will be charged. All items must be removed from space, but trash can be disposed of on site in the trash cans (unless you are a food vendor). All food vendors must take trash with them including food waste and grease. No confetti, fireworks, or powder bombs. No DJs, or live music. No bounce houses. No foam parties.
