The house, front yard, backyard, and deck are ideal for photo shoots, product shoots, small TV/film shoots, documentary shoots, and more. Available indoor space includes: PRISTINE COUNTRY KITCHEN, DINING AREA, LIVING AREA, SITTING AREA WITH HUGE, DRAMATIC WINDOWS. Outdoor space includes: MANICURED FRONT YARD, LARGE BACKYARD SURROUNDED BY BAMBOO AND VINES. The two yards have entirely unique vibes, resulting in two outdoor shooting spaces on one property. Both are completely blocked off from the street.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
