Our sun drenched beach house is nestled in the heart of EQ Village and minutes away from both Bay and Ocean Beaches. Built in 1908, we have enhanced its old world charm, yet incorporated all modern conveniences. Thoughtfully curated interiors, 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom renovated beach home features open fire place, king-sized master with cathedral ceilings opening out to the pool, and a family dining table that can seat 8. The walls accented with artwork by photographer O Kece, inspired by a European summer. The home is extremely comfortable; with a complementary and tonal color palette, clean and modern furniture, many windows thoughout making for bright and airy interior. A fully equipped kitchen with high quality cooking tools, ceramics and full size stainless steel appliances. The large, landscaped grounds are fenced in (please note the pool is not fenced off to the yard as seen in photos) and include a modern heated saltwater pool, a brick entertainment area with gas grill and modern dining area, an outdoor firepit and a sprawling lawn with giant trees enveloping.

Health and Safety Measures
There is a minimum of 24 hours between bookings to ensure quality clean. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
