Additionally, the space features a private elevator that opens up directly into the loft, an accessible fire escape, a library, and a kitchen. Located in the heart of the historic South Loop district, the loft is conveniently accessible via the Metra Red Line and is adjacent to plenty of shops, restaurants, and landmarks, including Millenium Park, Goodman Theatre & Chicago Theatre.
