Our indoor and outdoor spaces total over 3,150 sqft, offering ample room for all types of events. Our inside space features a gated front entrance, large bay windows, multiple visual backdrops, interact-able décor, interchangeable seating, a unisex bathroom with a shower, a polished dance area, custom lighting, and a pumping sound system. The outdoor area boasts a 600 sqft event tent, a customized wooden bar, an art car bus with seating and sound, an industrial fridge and freezer, and two lounge areas with comfortable seating and tables. Our space is ready for your enjoyment and can be customized to your liking. We offer a full range of audio-visual equipment, including brand new EAW Subwoofers & QSC Full Range sound system, Pioneer CDJ 2000NXS 2, Pioneer DJM 900 NXS2, microphones, cables, stands, and more. Our fully automated/DMX-controlled lighting system includes laser beam lights, hanging projectors, black lights, smoke machines, and more, available upon request. Additional services offered include VIP services, bottle service, table service, professional DJs, live music performers, dancers, security staff, valet parking staff, and custom drink and catering options. Venue pricing and accommodations are available upon request. Restrictions: No inside smoking. No pets (Service Animals Allowed) No nails, screws, staples, tape, or gummed-backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. At our venue, the health and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance, especially during these times when COVID-19 is a concern. We have implemented stringent cleaning and sanitization protocols to ensure that our space is as safe and hygienic as possible. Our cleaning process includes: Disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and surfaces before and after each event Providing hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes throughout the space for guests to use Regularly cleaning and sanitizing our bathrooms Ventilating the space to allow for fresh air flow In addition to these measures, we will be following all local and state guidelines regarding COVID-19 to ensure that our guests can have peace of mind when attending events at our venue. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
