About the Space
- This is a photo/video space with various possibilities located on the ground floor. - The space has white walls, hard blue neutral floors and high-ceilings. - It is situated within an art space and is in a quiet location tucked away from any main roads. - We have good mobility access with disabled toilet facilities. - We have a hot and cold water sink inside the studio, although drinking water must be obtained from the ground floor kitchen. - Lighting and Mannequins are available for hire at an extra cost. - No communal spaces can be used in the building. - The studio must be left in the same condition its found. - No other items can be borrowed or used within the studio other than items agreed prior to the shoot.

Health and Safety Measures
All communal area's, kitchen and toilet facilities are cleaned 3 times a week. The studio is cleaned once a week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
