Less than a 5-minute walk from Waterfront Station, this bright, high-ceiling creative studio is ideal for beauty, branding, editorial, e-commerce and content creation. The space features hand-painted canvas backdrops mounted on the walls and 9 ft seamless paper backdrops (white, grey, and black) available for complimentary use. With 14-foot ceilings, a clean open layout and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s the perfect environment for both photographers and creative teams seeking a refined yet versatile studio. Studio Details • Total space: 990 sq. ft. • High ceilings (14 ft) • Secured building access • Kitchenette in studio • Waves Coffee House next door Elevator Access: Please note the elevator only operates on weekdays. On weekends, the elevator does not go up to the 3rd floor from the ground floor on weekends, as building management disables that access. However, it can still go up if someone on the 3rd floor presses the button to call the elevator up. If there are two or more people, one person can take the stairs to the 3rd floor while the others wait inside the elevator, and then the person upstairs can press the button to bring it up.
